Team work
The defence positions are goal keep [GK], goal defence
[GD], wing defence [WD] and centre [C]. Only GK and GD are
aloud in the circle at the defence end. The WD is aloud in
the defence third and middle third and the C is aloud in any
third. The GK and GD have to work together to get the ball
from the opposite team and down the court.
