Cinnamon Ice Cream

Ingredients Required:

2 cups heavy cream
1 (14 oz.)Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method:

1. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in large bowl.

2. Whisk sweetened condensed milk, butter, cinnamon, and vanilla in large bowl.

3. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream.

4. Pour into a 2-litre container and cover.

5. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

6. Store in freezer.
