This winter treat includes roast chicken, mixed ‘stir fry veggies’ and a delightful sauce. It is topped with crumpled up filo sheets and a generous sprinkling of sesame seeds. This ‘pie’ is really tasty and is best served piping hot. It is one of my mother’s signature dishes which means that if I give it anything less than a five star rating, things will not end well.
This Filo Chicken Pie Recipe is inspired by my love for turkish cuisine. I find Turkish food to be very hands-on and pratical. This fillo chicken pie recipe is my ode, or an easier twist to the yufka borek, which is quite popular in Turkish cuisine.
